Base pay of $15.00 - $18.00 an hour with an excellent commission package.

Responsibilities

• Contact current and potential customers to generate sales and service business
• Answer/respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely manner
• Follow up on all leads and maintain continuous communication with customers
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure that customers are taken care of
• Document and update records of sales activity

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and/or telemarketing preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to use company programs and technology proficiently
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-hire drug screening
