Full Job Description Exterior Custom Solutions, Wisconsin's premier replacement window and door company, has been voted Top Local Workplace by Homebase and is looking to add Call Center Agents to our expanding Inside Sales Team. The Inside Sales Agent position is full-time, in-office, with a 8:30AM-5:30PM shift, giving you an hour lunch halfway through and two 15 minute paid breaks. We have an hourly base ($15) plus monthly & UNCAPPED bonuses averaging $400-$2000+ to take your typical rate to $17.50 to $27.50+. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work from our Neenah office, speak to prospective customers, and handle potential objections to hit sales goals. Compensation is hourly pay, with commission and bonus.
