Compensation * Base Pay: $17- $20 per hour (based on qualifications and experience). * Commission Pay: Earn an additional $500 - $1,000 per month with standard performance in appointment setting. * Total Pay Range: $3,000 - $4,500 per month * Additional Benefits: Monthly Health Benefits Stipend available. Position Summary As the Sales/Marketing Administrator , you will play a pivotal role in our team by setting up appointments, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting our social media presence. Your role will involve outbound calls, inbound customer engagement, lead management through our CRM system, and monitoring/responding to comments and messages on social media platforms. With a structured schedule and strong sales incentives, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic and rapidly expanding company. Key Responsibilities * Professionally handle inbound calls and customer inquiries. * Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers and follow up on company-generated leads. * Utilize the CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and update customer records. * Set appointments for sales representatives and help drive the team's performance. * Engage with customers on social media by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. * Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance social media strategies and campaigns. * Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client. * Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals. * Maintain a consistent schedule: Monday thru Friday with one weekday off and Saturdays required. Requirements * Experience : * Inside Sales: 1 year (Preferred). * Telemarketing or Call Center: 1 year (Preferred). * Social Media management or engagement experience is a plus. * Skills & Attributes: * Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Sales-minded, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals. * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. * Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications. * Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms. * Positive, outgoing personality with excellent problem-solving abilities. * Team player with a willingness to grow. * Availability : * Shifts will be Monday thru Friday, with (1) Week Day Off and alternating Saturdays. * 35-40 hours per week on-site in Northwest Indiana.
