Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and helping the business achieve its sales objectives and do so in a positive, honest, and professional manner. The work you do is directly linked to a positive customer experience and successful outcomes. The professional that would perform well in this role is someone that enjoys talking with and helping people and thrives in a positive, fast- paced work environment. A strong record of sales success is required but no industry expertise is necessary. Job
Responsibilities
- Engage in both inbound and outbound conversations with our customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Efficiently and effectively follow through and close leads to help team achieve sales goals.
- Work with team members to manage lead activity and maximize close metrics.
- Facilitate the entire sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Understand our products and related applications in order to effectively answer customer questions.
- Positively represent the company and our brand to customers and prospects.
- Represent the company at home shows.
- Conduct post-installation follow-up activities.
- Manage our social media activity to increase engagement with our brand.
- Various front office and administrative tasks.
- Additional responsibilities will be added as capabilities are demonstrated. Job Skills and
Qualifications
Required:
- A strong record of achievement in an inside sales role.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Professional drive and a desire to achieve objectives
- The ability to follow directions and stay on task
- A strong commitment to teamwork
- Superior listening skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Preferred:
- Experience in residential construction, design, or service markets.
- Experience scheduling and/or creating estimates for professional trades or similar.
- Experience working in a CRM system and with sales metrics. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
