The average annual compensation of a first year sales Representatives is $80,000 - $125,000, but for our top performers, the earning potential is dramatically higher, as we had multiple seven figure earners last year - in just commissions! What You'll Do: * Represent LGCY Power by daily seeking out and educating residential homeowners at their home on $0 out of pocket solar programs. * Assisting senior sales team members in sales presentations and team building. * Receive, learn, and internalize our proven sales process to ensure success within your first 90 days of onboarding if selected for the role. * Generate and qualify new customers through direct to home sales and, once graduated to consultant, complete the in-home sales process using a consumer-focused approach. * Attend weekly sales trainings to continuously develop sales, leadership, and business development skills What we are looking for: * No previous experience is needed, BUT previous Sales, direct sales, communication, or customer service is a big plus. * Must be self driven, ambitious, and self motivated * Must show up for yourself and your team on your commitments * Must have a positive mindset, and posses a strong work ethic * Must have a strong desire to continuously develop and achieve new goals * Must be resilient, able to deal with rejection and accountability * Must be coachable, open to constructive criticism, and also solution oriented * Must be able to communicate professionally & have strong interpersonal skills * Work well independently and within a team environment (team player) * Must have reliable transportation and smart devices (can assist on the devices) * Must be able to work evenings and weekends This is a door to door sales/sales consulting position If you're a motivated and people-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in sales, we want to hear from you!
