DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure member safety * Support positive culture * Memorize and use the phone script * Provide Baseline Markers on the establish schedule * Inbound and Outbound correspondence related to scheduling * Open/ Close center per the established guidelines * Provide excellent customer service * Welcome, engage, educate, and retain clients * Promotes OsteoStrong and encourage new clients * Guide members through orientation appointments according to OsteoStrong's standards. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB: Education: High school diploma is required. Preferably continued education in the form of a Associates or Bachelor Degree. However, less formal education with more on the job experience may be substituted. Experience: At least 2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience highly preferred. KEY COMPETENCIES/ REQUIRED SKILLS: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software * Organized with attention to detail * Works well under pressure and deadline; the ability to multitask * Script memorization * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to maintain Baseline Markers * Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.
