Madden Industrial craftsmen is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative for a machining and sheet metal company located in Beaverton, OR. The Outside Sales Representative will help grow the customer base and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients. The ideal person will have a background in CNC machining or metal fabrication and a passion for strategic sales. Pay: $75,000 - $110,000/year Outside Sales Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building * Strengthen relationships with existing customers via calls, in-person visits, and trade show attendance (includes some overnight travel) * Conduct consultative sales meetings with Buyers, Engineers, and Designers * Track sales activity and maintain performance metrics * Collaborate with internal teams to bring in projects and foster a sense of ownership * Serve as a liaison between customers and internal manufacturing/quality teams Outside Sales Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in CNC machining or metal fabrication industry * Solid knowledge of metals manufacturing processes * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Excellent time management and task prioritization * Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities * Self-motivated, assertive, and professional in demeanor * Team player with a competitive mindset * Must have reliable transportation Benefits: * $75,000 - $110,000/year * 401(k) with match * Mileage allowance for business travel * Medical * Paid Sick Leave * Holiday Pay Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Beaverton, OR 97078 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Beaverton, OR 97078: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
