We are looking for a hungry Inside Sales Representative for Door and Windows Super Star to join our sales team and thriving family-and employee-owned building materials and lumber company! $80K - $100K total comp. with lucrative commissions. We also offer an excellent benefits package and a very generous ESOP program!

About the Role

• Grow existing book of business and acquire new business by selling Door & Windows to general contractors and DIY enthusiasts who walk into the store, and also via cold calling and some face to face on the field sales
• Support Outside Sales Reps by providing quotes, scheduling tickets, etc. for their customers
• Act as a consultant to the customers and help sell them the products that best fit their needs and timeline
• Company sells doors & windows, hardware and lumber to contractors and DIY enthusiasts

Requirements

• 2 yr. minimum Door & Window Sales experience
• Construction industry experience
• Ideal candidates have sales experience selling Door and Windows to contractors for residential and commercial construction projects
• An entrepreneurial spirit
• Hungry and incentivized by high earning potential commission structure Perks
• $80K - $100K+ total compensation in first year (includes base salary + UNCAPPED commissions)
• Extremely high earning potential in following years due to uncapped commission structure
