Chris Aguirre State Farm Insurance is hiring for Insurance Sales Agents to our growing team! Our office is located in Silver Spring, MD. Benefits for the Insurance Sales Agent: * Health Insurance offered * Dental Insurance offered * Vision Insurance offered * Life Insurance offered * Base salary plus a competitive commission structure * Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance * Paid time off - personal time and holidays * Training provided Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent: * Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred or willing to obtain * Bilingual in Spanish/English is required * Sales experience is required, if not licensed * Insurance experience is preferred, but not necessary * Life & Health license is a plus * Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is required * Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior * Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening * Must have strong interpersonal communication skills * Must be motivated, determined and coachable Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent: * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. * Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
