About A manufacturer of commercial and industrial LED Lights and Products is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Manager to supervise a team of Inside Sales Representatives, bring strong B2B sales experience, and demonstrate advanced management capabilities to support company growth. Location * Office based in The Woodlands, TX 77380 * Office hours - Monday to Friday Compensation and Benefits * $80-100k/year + bonus * Medical, dental and vision insurance * Disability insurance * PTO * Growth opportunities * Performance bonus Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing coaching, performance reviews, and support. * Serve as the point of connection between Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. * Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients (B2B focus). * Consistently achieve or exceed monthly or quarterly lead generation and sales targets. * Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, identifying and qualifying leads for further sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and outcomes using CRM systems or other tracking tools. * Maintain and update lists of potential clients, ensuring that outreach efforts are organized and timely. * Work closely with the outside sales team to hand over qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales pipeline. * Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and target markets. * Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in customer service and sales. * 5+ years of management experience in a sales environment, preferably leading Inside Sales teams. * Strong B2B sales experience is highly desirable. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. * Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills. * Experience with sales processes and techniques.
