Inbound Sales Representative Duties: * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits. * Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. * Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. * Handle incoming inquiries and calls from potential customers interested in our products/services. * Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales and achieve individual and team targets. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up. * Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to customers. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. Skills: * Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales * Proven experience in inbound sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage. * Excellent communication and active listening skills. * Ability to effectively handle and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities. * Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Familiarity with CRM systems and inbound sales processes is a plus. * Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. * Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset. * Ecommerce and Strong Email Communication * Type min of 45 wpm * Ability to work Monday through Friday 7-4 in person Join our dynamic team as an Inbound Sales Representative!
