Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to promote and sell our pest control and lawn care services. This role involves engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods, educating them about our services, and helping them find solutions for their pest and lawn care needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods. - Build rapport with potential customers and understand their pest control and lawn care needs. - Present and explain our service offerings clearly and effectively. - Provide information about pricing, packages, and promotions. - Schedule appointments for consultations and service visits. - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus. - Proven experience in sales, preferably door-to-door or direct sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
