Job

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets - Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team - Identify new business opportunities and markets - Train and onboard new sales team members - Maintain strong relationships with key clients - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Skills - Proficient in upselling techniques - Excellent customer service skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Solid background in sales, including retail math principles - Experience in outside sales and outbound sales activities - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of inventory control practices - Previous experience in sales management is preferred Job Type: Full-time
