Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Salary: $40000.00 - $85000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Hands on Training Parental Leave Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Birthdate Off * Responsibilities * Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products * Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and follow up on leads * Sell various insurance products such as life, health, auto, and home insurance * Administer benefits packages for clients and assist with claims processing * Utilize multilingual skills to cater to a diverse client base * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals Requirements * Proven experience in sales, (Property and Casualty required) * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance policies * Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus * Knowledge of benefits administration is advantageous * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
