Pay Range:depending on experience - ask hiring manager for details Responsibilities: * Work directly with the sales team and customers to develop relationships and bridge disconnects in the sales process. * Build rapport with customers to establish a strong network of referrals. * Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales. * Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential. * Exhibit excellent phone skills to engage and assist customers. * Manage all aspects of the sales department, ensuring smooth operations. * Work with wholesalers to purchase vehicles for inventory from auctions, off-lease returns, and intercompany sources. * Complete trade appraisals to assess vehicle value. Qualifications: * Prior Sales Leadership: 2-3 years of dealership experience required. * Experience as Sales Manager is a plus. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. * Proven ability to close sales and drive department success.
