The Sales position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and expanding our market presence. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze market trends. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and share best practices for success. * Provide technical expertise on products and services, ensuring customers receive the most suitable solutions for their needs. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. * Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings. Experience * Proven experience in technical sales or energy sales is preferred. * Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams to achieve targets. * Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * Familiarity with software tools relevant to sales processes is essential. * Previous experience in outside sales or door-to-door marketing is advantageous. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
