Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities while providing outstanding customer service to our clients. This position will be eligible for full time after 6 months of sales experience. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of insurance products and services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. * Explain insurance policies and products to clients, ensuring they understand coverage options. * Process customer transactions and manage account changes accurately and efficiently. * Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations to provide accurate information to clients. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. * Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance office productivity. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous sales experience is a plus, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. * Proficient in using technology and software for sales and customer management. * Must obtain a state insurance license prior to start date (if not already licensed).
