Job Description

Looking for experienced Allstar and MVP caliber licensed property and casualty insurance agents. This is a sales-only role with unlimited leads, live transfers, automation, and plenty of call-ins teed up for our agents to knock their sales out of the park. Our top agents are making an income of $12,000 to $15,000 per month selling over $80,000 in premium per month. Base Salary + up to 17% Commission of policy premium on Property and Casualty Lines and 25% commission on Life Products. If you're a Rockstar closer and you're ready to make what you know you're worth, well over $100,000 per year, we want you to apply now. Salary: $8500.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through agency provided leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Call, text, and email prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
