Overview

We're on the hunt for a high-performing in-home Sales Estimator -- someone who can connect with homeowners, educate them on our premium water management solutions, and close deals with confidence. You'll be selling Gutter Shutter , soffit/fascia packages, and related systems -- all exclusive in Utah. These are high-ticket systems with a huge need and massive upsell opportunity. If you're competitive, professional, and ready to make six figures (without the corporate nonsense), this might be your crew.

Duties

• Conduct in-home assessments to provide precise estimates for gutter, soffit, fascia, and water management systems.
• Guide clients through options and present tailored proposals that meet their needs and budget.
• Lead by example -- support and coach fellow team members to drive consistent performance.
• Build trust and long-term relationships through clear communication and reliable follow-up.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.
• Monitor job costs and maintain healthy margins across all estimates.
• Continuously improve estimating systems and sales processes to increase efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• 2+ years of in-home sales experience (construction, solar, windows, roofing, gutters, or similar)
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Familiarity with exterior systems is a plus (not required)
