Responsibilities

: - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain client relationships - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Conduct policy reviews and make necessary updates or changes - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or related field - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a plus - Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards is preferred - Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is an advantage Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
