Inside Sales Manager - Workforce Management Location: Doral, FL Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $70,000 per year Workforce Management is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Manager for a global leader in aircraft inventory support. With over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry and a rapidly growing digital marketplace, this company is expanding and seeking a motivated individual to help drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective aviation customers.
• Supervise and support the Inside Sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Process orders, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with global teams to align sales efforts and gather market insights.
• Meet sales targets and continuously improve processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

:

• 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably in commercial aircraft surplus parts trading.
• 5+ Years of experience in manegerial roles.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Shift:
