Inside Sales Professional - Melville, NY Adecco is hiring for a direct hire role in Melville, NY with a leader in merchant services! Highlights: * Salary Range : $55,000/year + unlimited commission (Top earners: $205K, $110K) * Benefits : Dental, Disability, Health, Life, Vision insurance * Schedule : Mon-Thurs 9 am-6 pm, Fri 9 am-5 pm * Location : Onsite in Melville, NY Responsibilities: * Manage sales processes from initial call to deal closure * Understand client needs and provide solutions * Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Qualifications: * Strong phone presence, professional communication * 2 years outbound phone sales (No Cold Calling) * Self-motivated and self-directed Preferred: * High school diploma or equivalent * 3 years Merchant Services Sales * Bilingual Spanish (preferred) Join a dynamic team and help business owners keep more of their profits!
