Please note, that this position is not meant for applicants who want to transition into a legal assistant or paralegal position at our Firm._ Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly + performance based bonus structure Responsibilities: * Lead Qualification & Pre-Conditioning: Actively manage and follow up on all incoming leads, ensuring no opportunity is left behind. Pre-condition leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services. * Client Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with a positive and professional experience. Understand their needs and communicate how our firm can help. * Follow-Up Mastery: Implement and execute follow-up strategies to keep potential clients engaged and informed. Use your persuasive skills to convert leads into consultations. * Goal-Oriented: Set and achieve ambitious goals for lead conversion and client acquisition. Track your performance and continuously strive for improvement. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless handover of information and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
