Thrivewell Infusion is expanding in the SOUTH FLORIDA area. We are looking for a savvy and independent go-getter to serve as an operator in this new market. Goal: Expand Access. Drive Growth. Make an Impact. Using ThrIVewell's national support, resources, and proven backend infrastructure, you will serve as a key player in bringing patients access to high-quality infusion care for biologics. What You 'll Do: Collaborate with National Teams to Launch and Grow

• Work with ThrIVewell's national team to streamline operations and implement best practices.
• Support administrative teams to ensure accountability and efficiency in workflows.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff to establish a strong local team.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings to develop skills and support team training. Support Market Expansion and Growth
• Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand ThrIVewell's referral network.
• Visit specialty offices to establish and strengthen provider relationships.
• Implement strategies to enhance patient and provider satisfaction through engagement and feedback-driven improvements. Build Key Partnerships & Fuel Growth
• Develop strong vendor and pharmaceutical relationships to support business expansion.
• Partner with pharmaceutical companies on initiatives that increase referrals and enhance brand presence.
