JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The SealMaster Inside Sales Representative is an experienced inside sales role responsible supporting telephone and walk-in customers with sales and rentals of our products it is also a role that is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the customer service experience. This position is considered the Company's front line of contact with the customer, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and an ability to always deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude. The role includes leading all aspects of customer service, rental equipment, inside sales and management of cleanliness, appearance and functionality and stock of the store front. The CSR accepts and displays inventory, provides liquid and dry products to our customers, and works with our established outside sales team. This role requires enjoyment of working with people. Needed for Success: * High School diploma or GED required. * Valid Driver's license required. * Strong customer service & telephone skills * Strong computer and administrative skills * Forklift experience is helpful. * Strong leadership and communication skills * People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects. * Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous * Experience in inside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing with customers is helpful. * Experience in construction or paving / sealcoating industry is helpful. * High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
