Role Description What You 'll Do: * Build and manage a portfolio of clients and properties. * Advise clients on local market trends, pricing strategies, and negotiations. * Facilitate the entire real estate transaction process from listing to closing. * Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations. * Network with industry professionals like lenders and business owners. * Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships. Qualifications: * Real estate license (DC/VA/MD preferred). * Proven experience in commercial real estate transactions. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Deep understanding of market trends and real estate law. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
