Overview

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products - Sell various types of insurance policies, including life, health, auto, and property insurance - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met - Process policy renewals, updates, and claims efficiently - Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients - Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance policies clearly - Multilingual abilities preferred, especially proficiency in Spanish - Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus - Experience in outside sales, insurance sales, retail sales, or a related field is advantageous - Bilingual proficiency is desirable for effective client communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,284.00 - $80,584.00 per year
