Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate. This role is a commission based role with four weeks of paid training. Responsibilities * Develop and manage a sales territory by identifying potential customers and establishing relationships. * Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. * Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress. * Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless communication between departments. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and prospects. * Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning. Experience * Proven experience in territory sales or account management is preferred. * Strong background in inside sales or retail sales is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with Microsoft programs or similar CRM software is advantageous. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
