Redline Athletics is an exclusive youth sports performance training center, where highly accomplished athletes, former professionals, and certified trainers help young athletes improve their athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. We are hiring a Business Development Specialist, (BDS) to spearhead Redline's sales and marketing efforts and provide operational oversight of the facility. Key functions include establishing and maintaining strong relationships within the community to support sales goals, developing and executing marketing programs, dynamic sales tours, client tracking and reporting, event promotion and attendance and social media engagement. The BDS will be responsible for new member acquisition, prospect funnel management, establishing team training relationships, staff development, operational oversight, and will work collaboratively with the Director of Sports Performance (DSP) on membership retention and establishing and maintaining the facility's culture. We are excited to open our new location in Manalapan, NJ. Our new location offers brand new equipment, a state-of-the-art gym facility, high-intensity turf and a mezzanine floor with batting cages. Redline works exclusively with 8-to-18-year-old athletes to create a specialized program to develop core stability, speed improvement, running form, agility, acceleration, strength training and injury prevention techniques. Our goal is to have our athletes perform at a high level while improving their athletic performance and reducing the risk of injury. The ideal BDS candidate is a college graduate with sales and operational expertise and a sports-related network in New Jersey, preferably a former athlete. He/she must be an enthusiastic and skilled communicator who understands the importance of timely responsiveness and transparency. He/she must also have strong organizational skills, a commitment to teamwork, a disciplined work ethic with the ability to wear many different hats and a passion for youth sports! Compensation
