We are looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager with a proven track record in stone, construction, or remodeling sales. This role focuses on growing sales revenue, managing a sales team , building new relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and remodelers , and promoting our brand through social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Hold sales reps accountable to KPIs, activity levels, and closing targets.
• Develop strategies to bring on new business from builders, contractors, and designers.
• Grow our trade partner network through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Track sales metrics and manage CRM usage for accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
• Manage and maintain the company 's Facebook and Instagram accounts, including posting project photos, engaging with followers, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales (stone, construction, remodeling, or related field).
• 2+ years in a team leadership or sales management role.
• Strong background in B2B sales and relationship development.
• Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools and performance tracking.
• Comfortable with using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for business marketing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. What We Offer
