Sales and Customer Service: * Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals. * Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals. * Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers. Growth and Learning: * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products. * Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills. Requirements * A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-driven mindset. * Ability to work independently and with urgency. * Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (license assistance available). * Previous sales or insurance experience is not required just the drive to succeed.
