Job Summary

Must be an expert networker, skilled at B2B sales, who creates deep, meaningful connections with prospects, referral sources , and customers. If you have a "seek to understand" mentality and always strive to solve the customer's problem- then this may be the place for you!

Responsibilities

: - Meeting with local insurance agencies - Participating in and hosting networking events - Growing and farming your network to achieve warm introductions - Site walk throughs - Selling advanced service agreements to commercial customers - File reviews - Monthly touches to customers and potential customers - Territory management - Pipeline management - Presentation skills

Qualifications

: - Ability to identify potential customers, dig for the decision makers, and grow your own pipeline - Be a proactive connector who drives business - Be a professional communicator both verbally and written - Skilled at documenting sales activity in the management system - Self-disciplined - Easily adapts to and learn new skills including technology - Ability to pivot and get your hands dirty in the field when your customer suffers property damage - Restoration or insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required
