The insurance Program our clients enjoy was built on ease-of-use, accommodating all occupancy phases of investment property (vacant, rental or undergoing renovation). Position Objective: The Sales Assistant provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and official records for the team. * Communicate with internal associates, leadership and external clients as needed. * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Promptly answer calls and respond to emails. * Assist with and/or manage (when needed) team projects. * Maintains all quotes documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. * Maintains all sales demonstrations tools and applications. * May develop presentations of potential customers. * Regular and predictable attendance. * Additional duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: * High School diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred. * P&C License or the ability to acquire, strongly encouraged. * At least one year experience in a P&C agency or environment. * Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to learn new and proprietary computer program/systems is a must. * Must be able to work with minimal supervision. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to move from project to project easily. * Above average skills in email and phone etiquette. * Customer/Client Focus. * Personal Effectiveness/Creditability.
