Summary: NuvoH2O, a leader in water treatment solutions, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a proven background in sales, particularly those with past experience in sales within the home improvement, water treatment, or related industries. Responsibilities: Actively sell NuvoH2O products to potential customers via phone, email, and online channels. Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Provide detailed product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right solutions for their needs. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Qualifications: Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Previous experience in water treatment, home improvement, or related industries is a plus. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers effectively. Goal-oriented: A self-motivated individual with the ability to work towards and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems and other sales tools.
