Overview
: The Business Development Agent will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with current and potential clients, and increasing sales across multiple automotive brands. This role requires a keen understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share for all brands within our portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, clients, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and superior customer experiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer needs to identify potential growth areas.
- Track and report on business development metrics, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and multi-brand operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
