Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in engineering and technical staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and delivering top-tier talent to meet those needs. You'll act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the engineering and technical sectors. * Collaborate with recruiting teams to fill client staffing requirements effectively and efficiently. * Understand clients' technical needs and communicate them clearly to sourcing teams. * Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts. * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing support and follow-up. Qualifications: * Proven experience in account management, within staffing or technical recruiting. * Strong knowledge of engineering and technical roles and terminology. * Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
