Outreach Specialist - Healthcare Full-time Hybrid - In-field work 2-3 days per week, onsite at the clinic center 2-3 days per week Qualifications Required: * Associate degree or higher * 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: * Enrollment Sales * Healthcare Sales * Health Plan Sales * Medicare Sales Knowledge of LA County market? Are you bilingual in Spanish, Korean, or Tagalog? Proof of a valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, good driving record, and auto insurance? Preferred: * 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: * Value-Based Care * PACE Overview Our Award Winning Client is seeking an Outreach Specialist to engage with community partners and drive referrals for the PACE program in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare sales, geriatric care, and be bilingual. This individual will educate community partners, prospective participants, families, and caregivers about the PACE program. The Outreach Specialist plays a vital role in helping frail elderly individuals live independently at home while maintaining a high quality of life.
