RFA D ecor, an art/framing company, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with relationships within the home furnishings industry. In this position the successful candidate will: * Provide leadership for the sales team to ensure we can meet or exceed goals * Training and development of team * Monitor results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis * Drive customer retention, sales and repeat purchases * Provide coaching and feedback to team on performance * Review sales reports to drive results * Sell if/when needed * Research and procure new hospitality/store accounts * Help sales associates close deals if/when needed * Make sure sales team is aware of new sales and promotions * Research competition in order to gain knowledge of products, pricing and promotions * Assist customers in financing, purchasing, and delivery arrangements * Follow up with customers on special requests * Deliver top-notch service to every customer, build customer loyalty and acquire referrals * Increase knowledge of products, sales techniques and promotion through ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Retail management: 4 years (Required) * Hospitality: 2 years (Required) * Interior design: 3 years (Required) * Business development: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
