Key Responsibilities: * Sales Support: Provide inside sales support to the external sales team by responding to customer inquiries, generating quotes, and following up on leads. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product lines and assist customers in selecting the most suitable products for their applications. * Order Processing: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including engineering and logistics, to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. * Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts in our CRM system. * Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred but not required. * 2+ years of experience in inside sales or technical sales within the electrical industry preferred. * Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical concepts, products, and applications. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
