Position Summary

: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Support: Provide inside sales support to the external sales team by responding to customer inquiries, generating quotes, and following up on leads.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product lines and assist customers in selecting the most suitable products for their applications.
• Order Processing: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including engineering and logistics, to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts in our CRM system.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or technical sales within the electrical industry preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical concepts, products, and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
