Overview

: The Product Specialist will serve as a key resource in promoting and educating retailers and customers about our vape products. This role requires a deep understanding of the vaping industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with retail partners and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales & Product Mastery: Build deep expertise in the company's nicotine product portfolio to effectively position features, benefits, and competitive differentiators during customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor and sales partner to customers by delivering tailored product recommendations, resolving inquiries promptly, and driving overall customer satisfaction and retention.
• Compliance-Driven Selling: Stay current on all nicotine product regulations to ensure that sales strategies, messaging, and promotional activities align with local, state, and federal compliance standards.
• Training & Enablement: Participate in all required product and sales training sessions to stay sharp and up to date on best practices, new product launches, and sales techniques.
• Sales Reporting & Feedback: Submit timely sales activity reports and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and enhance team performance.

Qualifications

:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Sales Experience: Proven field sales experience, ideally in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Customer Service Commitment: A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding responsible product stewardship practices.

Work Environment

Requirements

: Must meet the legal requirements to enter venues where alcoholic beverages are served.

• Training Availability: Must be available to attend a multi-day, in-person training session.
• Relevant Industry Experience: Prior experience as a product specialist or long-term brand ambassador in a regulated industry such as spirits, cannabis, or nicotine is strongly preferred.
