We looking for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record for driving sales and revenue growth to join our Overland Park team. Our role involves a blend of sales, customer relationship management and strategic planning. Responsibilities Include: * Client Acquisition: identify and target potential clients; conduct sales presentations; prepare and negotiate contracts; close deals * Sales Strategies: develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue/sales goals; understand market trends and competition to identify new opportunities * Client Retention: build and maintain client relationships; ensure clients needs are met at all times * Manage Operations: coordinate and schedule cleaning schedules with cleaning crews Key Benefits Include: * Base pay plus uncapped commission (first year target is 100K) * Bonus opportunities * Take-home Company Vehicle * Full benefit package, including 401k - with dollar for dollar match * Paid Time Off and Holiday pay Experience Required: * 3+ years of sales experience with proven results in growing a territory * Business to Business sales experience - with a focus in a service related industry * Ability to influence and deliver win/win solutions * High energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude * Effectively communicate between corporate leadership, customers and the franchise community * Critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills and solid decision-making processes are essential * Performance driven and able to work independently delivering strong results * Detailed/action oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust and ethics
