Position: Insurance Agent/CSR/Broker/Tax Prep We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our company's book of business by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. Responsibilities: Sales: Present and sell various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Client Solutions: Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs. Customer Service: Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently. Networking: Expand business reach through effective networking techniques. Compliance: Ensure adherence to insurance standards and regulations. Follow-ups: Track and identify areas for improvement and follow up with existing clientele. Qualifications: Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Excel, Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish preferred). Prior customer service experience.
