Insurance Sales Agent / Customer Service Representative - Property & Casualty WAWA Insurance Agency, Walnut, CA Why join us?

• Respond to warm leads from our marketing funnel and community partners--no coldcall lists
• Craft personalized quotes, present coverage options, and close new business across auto, home, life, and commercial lines
• Deliver proactive service touchpoints that drive our 92 % renewal rate
• Track pipeline in our CRMs; collaborate with teammates on crosssell campaigns
• Represent the agency at chamber mixers & referral events (companypaid) What you bring
• CA P &C license (or ability to obtain within 45 days--agency pays costs)
• Life & Health license a plus
• 1+ year in insurance or clientfacing sales/customer success
• Confident communicator--phone, email, and inperson
• Organized multitasker who enjoys setting and hitting weekly goals
• Mandarin speaking strongly preferred (serves % of our client base)
• Highschool diploma required; bachelor's or equivalent experience welcomed Schedule & location
• Monday-Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm, onsite at our Walnut office (team collaboration & walkin traffic)
