Insurance Sales Agent / Customer Service Representative - Property & Casualty WAWA Insurance Agency, Walnut, CA Why join us? * 30 + years serving Southern California families & businesses; 92 % client retention * Firstyear ontarget earnings $70k-$95k (base $40k-$55k + uncapped commissions & bonuses) * 100 % paid prelicensing, exam fees, and continuinged reimbursement * Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid volunteer days * $500 signon bonus after 90 days (+ $250 if you already hold a CA P&C license) * Clear growth ladder: Senior Agent Team Lead Sales Manager What you'll do * Respond to warm leads from our marketing funnel and community partners--no coldcall lists * Craft personalized quotes, present coverage options, and close new business across auto, home, life, and commercial lines * Deliver proactive service touchpoints that drive our 92 % renewal rate * Track pipeline in our CRMs; collaborate with teammates on crosssell campaigns * Represent the agency at chamber mixers & referral events (companypaid) What you bring * CA P &C license (or ability to obtain within 45 days--agency pays costs) * Life & Health license a plus * 1+ year in insurance or clientfacing sales/customer success * Confident communicator--phone, email, and inperson * Organized multitasker who enjoys setting and hitting weekly goals * Mandarin speaking strongly preferred (serves % of our client base) * Highschool diploma required; bachelor's or equivalent experience welcomed Schedule & location * Monday-Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm, onsite at our Walnut office (team collaboration & walkin traffic) * Occasional local events; no overnight travel Ready for a career --and not just another job?
