• has an exciting opportunity as a Business Development
• Representative
• in the Portland Maine area. You will work closely with our management team to grow patient referrals at each of our 5 physical therapy locations by using social/digital media and building physician and physician office staff relationships.

Job Description

• Participates in Community and networking events including health fairs, chamber of commerce events, and hospital functions to increase brand recognition.
• Creating & posting social/digital media content and managing Google reviews.
• Networks with physicians, physician's staff, the local community, and businesses in your targeted area
• Attends monthly meetings on changes in the market & growth opportunities.
• Contributes to macro-based processes on company expansion and build-out.
• Helps maximize positive online customer reviews.
• Works closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve marketing goals.
• Identifies potential referral sources and introduces them to our services, providers, and processes.
• Maintains current referral sources.
• Participates in a variety of sales training and meetings to learn about new opportunities, services, and marketing promotions.
• Sets and achieves personal performance goals for sales volume, new contacts made, and other related sales results achieved.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Facebook, Google, Twitter, You-Tube, Tik-Tok and Instagram platforms is required.
• Knowledge of Reputation & Bright Edge platforms is a plus.
• Experience with social media, digital media, and SEO management.
• Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand the needs of others in a sales and marketing relationship.
• A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
