Compensation
Structure:
- Base hourly rate: $18/hour ($37,440 annually)
- Lease commission: $150 per secured lease
- Lead-to-deposit conversion bonus: Up to $1,500 monthly
- Showing-to-deposit conversion bonus: Up to $1,500 monthly
- Premium unit bonus: $100-200 additional per premium/luxury unit
- Volume threshold bonus: Up to $1,500 monthly for exceeding targets
- Quarterly improvement bonus: $1,000 for each 1% improvement in conversion metrics Top performers can consistently earn $100,000-$130,000 annually - well above traditional leasing consultant roles.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Convert qualified leads into lease deposits through consultative apartment selling
- Conduct engaging property tours highlighting unit features, community amenities, and neighborhood benefits
- Execute systematic follow-up processes using property management software
- Track key multifamily metrics including lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease ratios
- Develop expertise in presenting premium floor plans and upgraded units
- Assist with resident retention when needed
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of local rental market and competitive properties Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- History of top performance in previous roles
- Comfort with transparent performance metrics and data-driven approach
