Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through sales and effective collaboration. You will work closely with various stakeholders to build strong customer relationships, and enhance Genesis Systems' overall sales and marketing goals. Duties * Implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. * May need to identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and networking. * Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer relationship management and improve sales processes. * May negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships. * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Utilize software tools, including but not different CRM tools, to track progress, manage leads, and analyze market trends. * Foster strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. * May need to prepare reports on business development activities, market conditions, and competitive analysis. Skills * Proven experience in business development or a related field. * Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. * Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms with clients. * Proficiency in strategic planning and project management methodologies. * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, particularly HubSpot or Zoho. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective presentations and reporting. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
