About the Role As a Sales Support Representative , you will: * Conduct outbound calls to educate current customers about promotions and services. * Handle inbound calls, assisting with troubleshooting and order placements. * Recommend additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling. * Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system. * Generate sales leads and contribute to special projects as assigned.
