Responsibilities

: - Conduct market research to determine property value - List and market properties for sale - Show properties to potential buyers - Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers - Prepare and review real estate documents - Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders - Ability to market properties effectively to attract potential buyers - Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction - Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse clientele - Knowledge of property management principles - Sales acumen to close deals successfully - Administrative and organizational skills for managing paperwork efficiently - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous in serving a wider client base Join our team today and take the first step towards a successful career in real estate!
