Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, and being multilingual or bilingual is a significant advantage. Responsibilities * Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process of residential and commercial properties. * Conduct market research to identify property values and trends. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Provide clients with information about local markets, neighborhoods, and property features. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations. * Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively. * Manage property listings on various platforms to attract potential buyers or renters. * Offer administrative support including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining client records. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Qualifications * Proven experience in real estate or property management is preferred. * Strong understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A valid real estate license is required. We will take in consideration agents who are unlicensed but are enrolling in pre-licensing course.
