Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Hubspot, to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that align with market trends and customer demands. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends that can inform business strategies. * Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients highlighting our products and services. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; experience with Hubspot is preferred. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong strategic planning capabilities to identify growth opportunities within the market. * Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
